Letter of Representation – Waste Oil Collection & Supply Services

We appreciate the opportunity to introduce our services to you. At Fry Fresh Edible Oils Ltd, we specialise not only in supplying high-quality cooking oils and chips, but also in helping businesses save money and stay compliant through our waste oil collection and recycling program.

Our all-in-one solution includes:

  • Delivery of fresh cooking oil & chips
  • Removal of empty fresh oil containers with lids on
  • Collection of used cooking oil
  • Ongoing rebates based on returned oil volume

Every customer we work with is treated with the same level of care and transparency — regardless of how much oil they use. Whether you’re a small business or a larger site, we provide the same rebate scheme, waste tracking, and support throughout.

We collect used cooking oil, provide you with an official Waste Transfer Note for traceability, and pay you based on the volume returned — fairly and consistently. We also remove empty containers as part of the delivery process, which eliminates the need for costly separate waste collections. This integrated approach doesn’t just make operations smoother it also saves our customers a significant amount of money each year by removing the need for paid waste bin collections and waste removal contracts.

In addition, we offer ongoing promotions on selected products, helping you reduce your running costs without compromising on quality.

We supply a wide range of fresh and frozen chips, delivered six days a week alongside your oil orders. Orders for cooking oil and frozen products can be placed up until 3:00 p.m. the day before delivery. Fresh chip orders are accepted until 11:30 a.m. the day before.

  • Cooking oil & frozen chips – Order by 3:00 p.m.
  • Fresh chips – Order by 11:30 a.m.
  • Oil Deliveries available Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Chips Deliveries available Monday to Saturday Between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

At Fry Fresh Edible Oils Ltd, sustainability and traceability are at the heart of our waste collection service, We are ICSS-regulated, which means that every time we collect waste cooking oil from your site, a Waste Transfer Note is issued. This ensures that all oil is fully traceable to its origin, providing a transparent and auditable record for both you and the environment.

Once collected, the oil is transported to our processing site where it is filtered and weighed to ensure our customers are paid fairly and accurately — right down to the last drop.

  • Plastic Containers: These are shredded into flakes and sent to specialised recycling facilities where they are recycled into new plastic products.
  • Cardboard Packaging: All cardboard is crushed and prepared for dispatch to certified recycling centres.

This closed-loop approach ensures nothing goes to landfill. We are proud to offer a service that not only supports your business operations but also aligns with environmental best practices.
